Went just over half a day before I had to get a hit. It wasn’t that I needed to it just happened. I wasn’t having the shakes or anything like that. Starting over today, will do so until it is all over and I am sober once and for all.

I feel ya! Relapse 2day after 5 days off heroin, IV been in a 9month binge . was sober for a year to the day b4 this last binge…just 1 use 4 me then it was “off to the races!” I now know 1 is 1 to many 4 me .struggled with this for 6 years with 1year of sobority. We must stay the course!
