I had this yesterday during a grueling three hour gym session, alongside my electrolytes (berry) and creatine in my water flask.
It was a nice treat for a workout. I would probably have this over ice instead of dessert as well. Not bad!

Not sure on any other country but lidl here have started doing a lot of fitness supplements,this banana protein shake is very tasty under 2 euro which is a good price

I live off of sparkling water these days and usually buy this grocery store brand from my local store because it’s tasty, comes in lots of flavours and cost effective . This is the first time I’ve tried this flavour and I have no idea what a calamansi citrus fruit is but it tastes pretty good with strawberry

By far my favorite soda I have tried so far in my lifetime. Only 4 g of sugar, fiber and probiotics. And it’s extremely refreshing but still has enough sugar to fill that sugar craving. This is the strawberry lemon one. I highly recommend this.
