What are you sipping on today?

Funny, but when I first kicked alcohol and got into sparkling waters Pelligrino was my goto. Sometimes Perrier, and then I discovered LaCroix. I just recently tried Waterloo and it is excellent. Really interesting flavours.

Honestly I used to hate those drinks but after a while they grew on me especially Pellegrino and Lacroix.. Honestly I started drinking Pellegrino because my ex girlfriend really likes them And honestly I think she was drinking them because she is Italian and I think she grew up with them always around .. her whole entire family was always drinking them. I started keeping them at the apartment because she like’s them and then eventually I would try them and they were pretty good and refreshing. Then when I got sober this time I wanted some thing besides always drinking soda. I really like the passionfruit , and lemon Lacroix. Usually go with regular Pellegrino but sometimes I get the lime one.. I haven’t tried any of the other brands of sparkling waters but I’ll have to give them a shot

aaah - it is a bit stronger in flavor than the other sparkling waters I’ve had. I am looking forward to trying the others they have. This pack has 4 flavors but I see that Costco carries a few other variety cases - :yum:

I’m making a commitment to get away from added sugar on November 1 and also no energy drinks or candy so I’ve been trying different things beverage wise and seeing what my options are. I bought this box of fruit tea sampler from celestial.. I made a couple servings of the true blueberry and put it in the fridge so it’s cold and it’s really really good. I’m going to try to find a larger box of this and start making larger portions of this blueberry tea iced. I was surprised I thought it was going to be really boring tasting but it is good and really could taste the blueberry. I’m curious to see what the other ones taste like cold like the country peach, black cherry berry, Wildberry zinger and so forth. I’ve made green tea iced before but I never thought about using some of these other flavors or brands cold

I have the chai tea also! That brand I posted is buy one get one at Publix right now! I think I’m going to go back and grab a few boxes before the sale ends. I’ve always kept at least a box of chamomile on hand and Green tea but I never really tried anything else! I’m going to start making larger amounts of iced tea and try a bunch of different brands and flavors. It’s pretty cool it’s like a new thing to do Is Make different teas!! There is so many different kinds so it’ll be fun finding ones that are good for iced or cold. Plus there’s no added sugar. And that’s a good idea if I do want a little bit of sugar I can add some honey which I think is better sugar and I can add obviously way less amount than if it was an energy drink or soda. I started adding honey to my coffee a while back but I never thought about adding it to tea!! Plus there is certain tees that actually have medicinal purposes or can help with different things like peppermint tea helps with a lot of different things

The true blueberry is the best thing I’ve tasted so far that I made iced. I’m definitely going to try to find a box of just that on Amazon

I was about the mention that BOGO lol I love that place. Green tea makes me nauseous..idk why. I like chamomile too, it helps me rest and mellow out. Ginger has been my go-to lately. I like to add a bag of chai tea to my coke zero when I drink it. I don’t drink as much soda as I used to…but once in a while..it gets hard at work because the fountain drinks are free.
