Right now it’s coffee time & my TS family. Later it’s sports physicals & explaining to high schoolers that drugs/alcohol won’t ever be a good idea. Maybe share a story or two.

Getting off my small 4 hour shift in 10 minutes to complete my 55 hour week. Going to the skatepark after I leave.. chores, playing with my hot wheels collection and going to organize them and get some display cases, working on some paintings, Play some guitar and work on some songs, yard work , find a good movie later today, Call a few alcoholics in my network, meal prep , practicing gratitude, see if my parents need help with anything. I might even find some time to lay down and do nothing!!!

Today I’m grateful that @bluekoolaid_88 revived this thread. :folded_hands: Early coffee, rope flow, farmer’s carry, and some Seane Corn yoga. Had mh trial session with a new provider, and it looks like a good fit. More gratitude. Texted and called a couple of ppl from recent AA meetings and talked our current experience through the lens of the program. Ate a good breakfast, spent QT with doggo before work. Peace and ease, from a position of neutrality, safe and protected. Just for today.
