I do so good not drinking and then I feel like anywhere between 1 and 2 weeks, I get an urge and fall off track. I try over and over again. It makes me so mad every time. What can I do to get passed this urge? advice would be great
Now you know when to stay extra busy. You said you’re fine up until 1 or 2 weeks… around that time do things that you like to do. Buy yourself your favorite snacks or soda… indulge in a healthy way.
