Went to an opened discussion AA meeting tonight. It was open to all addictions and I was able to speak. I got my first 24 hour chip! Here’s what I did today in a few pictures. Feel free to share ur pictures!

So fun! 
Made a choice to fly internationally from Vancouver Island British Columbia to Los Angeles California in about a 3 hour time span from fruition to achievement.
Had to book flights, hotels, rides, travel insurance, packing, finding a dog sitter/house sitter, and all.
We had to catch the 10:44 pm ferry arriving at the terminal near 1 am, then straight to the airport to check in for 3 am and head out at 6 am. That was a long 26 hour day of no sleep.
Ran in to a very nerve racking moment when arriving at the border patrol with my old passport instead of my current valid one, thankfully they allowed me through because they could see that I did have a valid one… And so grateful they didn’t impose the $600 fine given to those who make this mistake.
There was too much going on and we needed an escape.
Took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and lost my phone on the shuttle… Haha so many things going sideways, again… So grateful someone found it and was honest and had integrity and contacted the hotel right away and brought it to me.
Now that things have settled I’m going out and enjoying the sites.
Santa Monica here I come!
