I try and drink water all day then at night when I’m about my usual drink time I reward myself with a pop or powerade
Study, Netflix, chocolate, biscuits.
Decaff tea lots of, and I’m really into different water, Volvic,Acilis; high silica content,and one from Romania that’s got high magnesium content . Rocket fuel
Oh and I’m still a smoker, really bad.
Dark chocolate.

Not necessarily, but I just find them not as nice/tasty so my motives behind drinking them are questionable… I was on a mission for a while to find one that actually tasted like it’s substitute but no such luck… there are many more now and I nearly bought a new amber style beer the other day but then I stopped myself and thought… why do I need to? So i didnt that time but we shall see
I drink water with lemon, and lots of it. I have to have it!

And yes, I will have NA versions of wine, beer, or spirits….but I don’t want to recommend it to anyone….it’s a personal choice made with lots of thought.

Herbal tea. So much tea lol. Never been so hydrated. I’ve been drinking Holy Basil and also Tumeric tea. They’re helping repair the internal damage. The warmth helps me feel comforted and the mug gives my hands something to hold.
So much sugar and coffee. Exercise. Work. Sparkling water.
Tons of water, sugar free redbulls, hot tea, and bloody mary mix. I like to dress up a bloody mary (without the vodka/beer) and it helps a lot.
