Im listening to u trust me. I can tell U feel very strongly about them. Ive looked into natural suppliments to help me with my anxiety.
I honestly dont like taking even my antidepressants. Pills suck. I wont even take tylenol unless im in incredible pain. I hear ya. and i think its very sweet for u to care this much. Have a good day hun.

Like I said, use what’s available. You’ve been medically cleared to have the ativan. If it gets you out of the house, out of the cycle, then follow your doctor’s advice. And I hear you about the antidepressants, but I know if I wasn’t on mine I wouldn’t be where I am now.
