113 days today clean and sober,
Faced an obstacle/trigger not half an hour ago and in my mind Iām struggling feeling unworthy , unimportant and unlovedā¦ I know that using is a temporary hiding place and I would feel shit afterwards but my reptile brain is whispering to me the rats are running around on my headā¦

This app is so helpful. Iām only on day 5, but I use this throughout the day - anytime I feel a craving or my anxiety gets too high. Hope itās good for you too.
