My husband calls me “la jefa,” or “boss lady” in Spanish. I frequently hear in response to something I say: “Sí, jefa.”

My Dad used to call me Lizzy Borden when I was a kid. Didn’t realize how weird that was until I was older. Now my husband calls me that.

it is the same as my name on here but not the 71 obviously. And it’s bc in my very first school we had a spelling test and I got 10/10 unfortunately the only thing I spelt wrong was my name. My surname is Dales but the teacher called out Paul Dolse. Even today some people still don’t know my real name they just know Dolse is an alcoholic drug addict who’s a bit of a nutter and going nowhere in life.

My real name (which I won’t disclose here) is so short I’ve never really had a nickname that would stick.
@Fury started calling me Liv and Livy, as short for Olivia, and I’ve grown fond of both :heartpulse::heartpulse:

Deb or Debbie was the first nicknames) as they were shorter versions of my full name Deborah. When I was a kid in middle school the boy I liked for years (but he never liked me back) use to call me DebbieD_ _ _ _… it was my first and last name smooshed together (last name started with D and was 1 syllable. When I went through my divorce to my ex, I changed my last name back to my maiden name dropping my married name and my boyfriend (the one who is now my hubby) started calling me what I got called back in middle school (first and last name smooshed together). Then came DebbieDub from my hubby once we got married (Dub for shortened version of my current last name as it now starts with W).as it sounded very similar to my old nickname.

When my hubby and I were dating he use to refer to me as his little firecracker as I was known to be fiery, talker and had red-hair, lovingly teasing me to not mess with the redhead or that I would talk a lot if I was or got excited! I’m not quite as intense as I was when he and I got together 10 years ago. I’ve chilled out a bit LOL! But if I’m comfortable with you and you are interested in conversation with me, I’m known to be very outgoing and can probably talk, a lot!
