What's your sober playlist look like?

Some of the music that helps me stay focused on my goals, remind me of the reasons i changed, and make me feel less alone on my journey. Its a mix of many things, much like the many different emotions ive experienced on this journey. I put screen shots only to avoid my full name being listed, just what i prefer. But I’m curious if anyone else does this or has anything i could add to it
Mine may not be for everyone. But here it is haha

Good idea with the playlist.
Don’t have a playlist specifically dedicated to sobriety but here are some songs that helped me a lot:

-Tool: Sober
-Techn9ne: Withdrawals, The Calling
-Homebrew: Alcoholic
-The Living Tombstone: Drunk
-John Borno, Sportler99: Intro

(the last one is in German though)

Here are some of a couple of my favourites from Demi Lovato. She brought out a rock album has a few songs that resonate with me in regards to sobriety because she has also faced the same struggles with drugs and alcohol and is now sober and clean!!

I remembered someone mentioned Homebrew on this app.
They’re from my part of the world.
Check out their new album. ‘Run it Back’.
It’s pretty relevant to recovery

This song hits a lot different for me

Once a wise man said, “when you’re happy you enjoy the melody but, when you’re broken you understand the lyrics”

I love this song with my entire heart. My dad used to listen to this a lot. Ive known it since I was a little kid. Never understood the lyrics or why he loved it so much until i grew up and had some vices of my own. Its such a beautifully written song. Nice share

Great idea I need to do this! You don’t really think about literally everything changing when your sober but I think for me anyways seems like my taste is more refined these days lol. Thanks for all the shares. Good stuff!
