I too will never be a moderate user. I understand exactly what you are saying. I would goal myself at just a couple which never happened and then wake up the next day full of regret, embarrassment, anxiety and just feeling completely worthless.

Went food shopping this morning, next to frozen food is liquor section. My drunk brain immediately perked up; and my reply was ‘Nice try Bitch’. My inner voice now has a name, Bitch, lol
