Hey I haven’t had a kitten in so long can someone recommend the best litter and especially a litter mat? I bought this one but it doesn’t seem to be working well perhaps it’s the litter I bought, or it’s the mat. . any recommendations?
The good news is the dog and cat are best friends already.

Zelda comes and generally lays here when I start playing the piano (without headphones)
She loves the music and it generally only takes about 5-10 minutes for her to fall asleep.
Occasionally, if I’m wearing headphones while playing, she will walk around my bench crying. If I’m able to, I take off the headphones and she’s happy. But she doesn’t seem to understand that our neighbors don’t want to hear me at 2am.

Cole.
Small enough to scoop him up easily with one hand, his four legs sticking out like a bunch of bananas, and he’s not able to slide down & out. Which is useful because he’s a total thug who thinks I’m all about cuddling him, giving him treats and turning a blind eye to how he’ll stalk up to his old, arthritic housemate Tommy (I shared Tommy here) and swat his hind legs. You think I don’t see that Cole? Jerk.
He’s cute when he’s cute though. I give him that.
