Exactly one year ago to the day we rescued one of these little guys from a life outside. He cried all night long so the next day we went back to get a sibling.
Now they are the best ninja fighting buddies and I can’t imagine life without them.
Bird, who was the more trusty of the two and who I took my username from. Sobriety requires trust.
And Water who reminds me to flow.
It’s foggy here today, my mood is grey too, so the cats decided it’s cuddle on your human time. First the old boy, then Miss Marple. While Schimanski discovered the candle remains from the advent wreath. Now they are his toys to be kicked around the house

I rescued my namesake Daisy New Year’s Eve 2017 from the freezing Colorado winter snow. We did the quarantine thing because we already had 3 cats. And she was in heat 
And she bit me Just couldn’t bear to see her outside.
Luna and Rosa were loving sisters. But after Rosa died in 2014 I didn’t want to bring in another kitty after some bad experiences with my previous cat Tama. So it’s me and Luna since.
Rosa is/was beautiful. Love the orange ones.

Thank you for the shout out. Missing this place too. Hopefully I will return soon. Life has been tough the last few months. Just had a friend die yesterday. Miss kitty has had some ups and downs. I think she’s heading for another down. Maybe a UTI this time. Luckily i already have antibiotics. 
At least life isnt boring?
