My sweet Schimanski needs surgery, appointment thursday morning. There is a tumor in his bowel according to ultrasound. This shit causes the weight loss. I pray that they can cut it out and he recovers. I donāt feel like I can handle loosing my sweet boy, he is only 6 years old. But what will be will be 
Until then I pamper and love him to pieces

Watching Seabiscuit with my favorite companion! She never jumped up on the couch before but I guess itās just one more thing she is comfortable with. The trust level continues to grow. Itās funny though when I let her inside she will not eat food until I come back inside and thereās certain things that she wonāt do unless Iām in here maybe itās a respect thing. My fear of cats is definitely way better than it used to be and I still feel very anxious if Iām watching a movie and I donāt know where she is at and I worry if sheās going to jump and attack me. Even when she jumped up on the couch for the first time to lay with me I was thinking man that would suck if she just attacked my face! Hopefully that doesnāt happen

Schimanski is happy and fine as a cat can be, this nasty thing inside him doesnāt seem to bother him.
Today: Windows cleaned, cat happy. Carped vacuumed, cat happy.

No I still let her do whatever she wants. This is why this is such a good bonding relationship because I understand that she still is used to the streets lol. She still likes to go explore randomly at night time and Iām not worried about her. This is why this is a tough decision when I moved to my parents house whether Iām going to bring her or not. Itās funny sometimes I will let her outside and then an hour later I will be walking to Walgreens and see her run across the street like 10 blocks away and pretend like she doesnāt know me.. Almost in this jokingly way like saying I promise Iāll be back lol. I also feel like I relate to her because she is very anxious and cautious because of having to be outside and I understand what thatās like sleeping with one eye open and thatās also why Iām trying to slowly adapt her to being inside. I would say she is inside probably 14 hours a day now. We just have this mutual understanding where she goes to the door when she wants to go do whatever she does. When I first started taking care of her I tried to find where she primarily sleeps and itās almost like she didnāt want me to know where it was but now I do know where it is. But she seems like sheās wanting to be inside more and more every week. Itās not like she goes to the bathroom and then comes right back she does her little circles around the neighborhood or whatever she does and sometimes goes to sleep in her spot. The only thing Iāve been slacking is getting a tag made with my phone number on it that way somebody does not take her thinking she is stray. And they can call me god forbid something happens. But I really donāt worry about this cat because she is strong and she is a survivor
