It is perfectly normal to have more cat beds than human beds

Went to a cat cafe this morning and it was such fun! Coffee, pie and cat cuddles together with a good friend. What do I need more? Nothing!

Here are more pictures @Alisa

Looks like my Osiris. Medium hair brown tabby. Too cute!

This is Osiris. He is 7 years old. Doesn’t like wet cat food or lap sits. Does love cat nip and snuggling right up next to you.

Adorable!! How old is she?

She’s 4mths. I think she’s going to be a little girl with a big personality. She already bosses the dogs around. They’re so good with her, and we’ve never had a cat before.

Here’s Luna ready for some Friday night cuddles. No lap cat either, got used to wet food very fast after the dry stuff gave her urine tract problems. Will lay beside me to be pet.

Oh fun!! My kitten, Tony, is going to be 4 months on Tuesday. He is nicknamed Tony the Terror or Tony Express. We have a 3 y.o. Golden that he loves. We have an almost 6 y.o. female tux kitty who lost her littermate, best friend, and brother in October. I didn’t get Tony to replace her brother by any means. Tony just arrived and needed a home. That friendship has been a bit rocky.

My daughter had cats out on the ranch, so when she came to live with me, initially wasn’t an option cos I’m allergic. She only ever asked me once to get a kitten for her mental health, and I set to work.
When I came across Layla (unnamed, unwanted runt of the litter), I took her immediately. Broken leg, belly full of worms, never touched fresh grass, malnutrition…
6wks later, she’s all better. Confident, walking on a lead, and thriving.
The rehabilitation process has not only helped her, but all of us to heal and recognise how our behaviours change when we need help.
We needed her as much as she needed us.

We’re going to be doing a DIY for a cat tree. Any suggestions on what textures to use? YouTube tutorial and Wikipedia, are never as good as proper cat people experience

That is heartbreaking yet heartwarming. Broken leg?? Horrible for any animal but cats in particular. You and your family have done a wonderful thing.

We needed her as much as she needed us.

I love LOVE that. She looks so content and well loved.

With an American staffy and a Shar Pai as your play pals, I don’t think she’s going to feel unloved. She’s everyone’s baby.
