Where my cat people? (Part 1)

What a handsome guy!! That’s awesome that he lets you do his nails easily! He must feel very safe with you. Also his coloring is kind of like Zelda’s!

Ya he’s got some orange here and there. He is a winner. This is the best most perfect batch of cats we’ve ever had. I think because we got 3 girls and only one boy and there is no marking of territory. We’ve had up to 5 indoor cats at once. 3 of them boys and we were in cat marking hell. We’ve always been multiple cat fam. They just hunt his out. Since we have gone 60. right at 60. I feel this will be the last batch. I don’t want them to out last me. So I got to make it to 75 or so I reckon.

I told my wife about Zelda and showed her the pics. We are both very happy she’s got the heated beds and such a caring owner. We both love her markings and color. What a great cat!

It’s amazing that they all seem to get on so well together too! I can’t even imagine having three cats trying to mark the place up. I would go crazy. Ha! That’s completely fair about not wanting them to outlast you. I wouldn’t want that either. You two are too sweet. Zelda thanks you both.

And since I realize I haven’t posted any cat pics in the last few posts:

One of Zelda and one of my ex’s cat–her name is technically Diana, but everyone calls her “Little Miss”, which is short for “Little Misadventure”.

Edit: Just saw that you posted another picture of your kitties and I didn’t see them before. Those perches look so soft and comfortable. Both of those cats also look so soft. I just want to reach through the picture and rub my hands over the cats and the perches

Actually there’s 3 cats there. You can’t see Beatrix’s face. It just looks like a white lump.

Love Little Miss Adventure. Is that from Man Of LaMancha? Glad you wrote back with a pic. Love the yawn pics. I catch Mavy at that all the time. I was looking for pics of the old gang RIP. I found a great one by the fireplace (which you cannot see) in our old Durango house…Having trouble with the computer loading pics…

That’s O’Malley on the right on the ottoman. A great gentleman. Buff tabby Joe in the middle and O’Malleys sister on the left Ginger. The white lump is Trax. You can’t see his face. And my best friend ever RIP Max. Had him16 years.
Here’s Trax by the fireplace. He would cook so much we were scared he’d burn himself. We would have to move him after awhile and he was pretty hot to the touch.

That fire place was a cat magnet.

Yes we have stockings at Christmas for all our pets. Thanks for keeping me company @Chiron I really enjoyed sharing my cat pics. I’m blessed to have had a lot of furry love in love life.
 :rose:

And you can tell Trax the white one really liked his groceries :joy:

You’re right! I totally didn’t see that white cat back there. It was like where’s Waldo and I failed

Naa. It was from the fact that she got into everything. My ex and her partner had a collection of old bottles displayed above the top cupboards in their kitchen and the cat got up there and knocked them all down! They would find her in drawers, cupboards, the fridge. All kinds of crazy. She’s calmed down now that she’s older but it was a lot. That’s one of my favorite pictures of her that I’ve snapped. She’s a sweet cat.

Look at all those cats! It’s like cat heaven. Then you have a christmas tree in the background. Talk about cozy! Aww Max. :frowning: RIP. It’s so hard when they leave us. You are so right! Fireplaces are cat magnets! Maybe Trax was a rotisserie chicken in his last life?? Honestly? I don’t find that weird. I have cute little stockings for my cats, though I feel kind of sad when I pull them out because there are two stockings and now one cat :frowning:

Thank you too! It’s been fun. The only thing better than having cats is showing off the pictures we have of them.

One last picture of Zergling and Zelda before I sign off for the night, so I can add to the collection of cat pictures on this thread with my wall of text. I like this one because I think it’s kind of sweet.

a damp warm cloth should help clean her up. a mama cat would groom a kitten to keep clean. were all rooting for her :cat:

This pic kept freezing up on my computer last night. Gosh darn it though I’m not giving up. I got it on my phone too. I just think it’s one of my faves. Wifey got out of bed one morning somehow with out disturbing Joe and O’Malley and put the blanket back up. I happen to be walking in the bedroom. Saw this and ran for the camera.

Couple of the best boys ever :pray:

She is doing good today! Didnt take any pictures today. Probably tonight after work.
Eyes are open all the time. Very little gunk. Her nose sounds like it’s getting better. But lil stuffy. Shes been drinking lots of water and has started eating wet food! Very playful with the dog again. Hard to believe 5 days and shes looking better.

I’ve almost thought about making an Instagram page for her lol. So people like me who find kittens and have never dealt with this this before can see they can come out of it healthy

Oh my gosh :scream_cat: How did I miss this? How are all those cats in one room not fighting each other? God Bless you for taking care of all of them. It would be so hard for me not to bring them all home. But I think I would look forward to going in to see them everyday. It sure beats seeing that many people in a room. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Took a walk around outside the shop. We have a pregnant cat and what I swear could be Lucy’s older sibling.

We’ve been talking about grabbing the pregnant one so she can have her kittens somewhere warm and safe. Last time she chased a raccoon away then moved the little ones.

I posted this on the selfies. This is Harriet. I adopted her at age 13. She reads my mind and is an excellent hunter. I loooove her.
