I was surprised at the lack of fighting when I first started myself! I mean they have little ones, sometimes we have to switch some cats into a different room, but for the most part they’re pretty good. Just extremely messy!! Lol.
And this is the first job I ever had that I looked forward to going to. I’m not much of a people person, so when I get downtime I just go hang out with the cats. It’s awesome.

I love this! I mean I’m sad they don’t all have homes. But they all look so good and healthy and some look a little fat 
. You and that shelter or wherever you are seem to be doing a great job. And so therapeutic for you during your recovery. I’m sure it isn’t always that way when a stray comes in. And I too would rather sit in a room full of cats than a room with any number of people

And their coats all look so good and well groomed. I don’t think they want to leave I’m always impressed with myself if I can get a pic with 2 or 3 of my cats in it at the same time. One time I managed a pic of all 5 as they were all sitting under the Christmas tree. That’s my best.

Noodle just trying to look innocent while he does the thing he’s not supposed to do. Which is chew the string for the blinds. Day 8 sober and we’re enjoying a storm. I love stormy weather.

Cats and storms, some of the best things in life. On a side note my husband likes to thread the blinds pull loosely through the loops of the compressed blades to keep the cats from playing with them. Not sure if that makes sense but I hope it helps.

@imperfect OMG So many cats!! I love all these pictures! I used to volunteer at our local Humane Society until my job at the time became too erratic. There’s a lot that goes into taking care of the animals behind the scenes that a lot of people don’t think about.
