Shes eating good, using liter box just fine. Shes playful. Her nose and eyes are all that seems to be bad

Poor baby. 
No no no. Iām not saying it is feline Lukeima at all. But stray cats can get that and spread it to other cats. Thatās all. Not sure where your at but could you tell your vet you think itās an emergency and just drop her off and they can maybe look at her and you can get her later. Show them the pic you posted here.

Iām so sorry again. I didnāt mean to scare ya like that. And again I donāt mean she looks like she has feline leukemia. But it is a thing. So is FIP and hundreds of other things. The thing is a stray cat should be in quarantine away from other cats. Thatās what we did when we got rescued Daisy from a ranch. Lets try not to worry about what might happen. I know that is easier said than done. But that is something we are all learning with the serenity prayer and other slogans like āLet Go Let Godā
Lets just get her to the vet and see what thy say.

No I appreciate you bringing it up. It got me moving more to get her looked instead of just thinking itās nothing. But work will keep me busy enough at some point tonight
