Actuallt doing not bad! Finished work. Had a craving to use after work but worked thru it and now waiting for a meat lovers pizza from our fav place 
how has urs been? BTW, welcome to the TS Mark!
No cravings today I had one yesterday and told on myself so progress 
today was good got back from a overnight pass this morning had a few groups.
