I still think tags could do this job… Although as with categories, it depends on people using them.

We have had male nipples on here. Plenty when I joined on Aug 2020 but not so many recently, since the guidelines changed.

I started working for a tech company, and when we do ID verification you need to submit a selfie,
I have received numerous shirtless selfies, both male & female. Needless to say I reject it make them do it over again
