Anyone struggle moderating wine? It’s the only drink I just can’t seem to moderate.
Hi, yes wine is my weakness and is what gets me every time. It’s red wine for me. I have been substituting evening wine with fizzy fruit drinks and camomile tea. Have you got any strategies for avoiding wine?
Like you I’m replacing wine with fizzy fruit drinks (i love fanta) I know my triggers are when I’m down or sad so I have to be careful but at least I’ve recognised my triggers so that’s a start I guess xx
