Eliminate by not accessing it. Hard to call it replacing, since it’s not there in the first place, right? 
It’s about different mindset, being focused only on productive/healthy activities. Self discipline helps to do that.

From what I remember I use it since the last December.
Beside minor slips, not related to this system/method of lifestyle it works flawlessly.
It would be interesting to know where the method fails.
It’s not the method, that failed, but my own flaw, my personal loophole.
Like I said before, the system itself is flawless, if You follow it without errors. Following without errors requires no wrong steps along the way of practicing.
