Keep checking in. Not fun but worth it.
You can do this love. My last shot was yesterday after about a 3 week binge. I was clean 4 years and relapsed. Didn’t take but maybe a week to be doing the same amount I was doing before I quit last time. Last time I was sick for a long, very miserable 17 days. I know exactly what you are feeling right now because I am feeling the same.
How are you doing @Mapleyo hopefully still powering through though I know how strong this particular demon is to beat.
