Hey guys, i need some help. Like i understand the Big Book lays out the 4th step but i just cant seem to get started…do anyone have like a suggestion on how to format it in a basic way. If message or email is easier please help me out

She is great but she just do it like the book says and i get it but i guess i dont know how to start it and/or format it.
Big book How it Works pages 64 to 71 , Just Laura said she send you some work sheets , My guys i sponsor i always make sure thay know what to do and tell them to ask me if they get stuck thats what im there for wish you well
