Wow, yesterday was better than day two! Took the afternoon off and worked in the lawn and did zeroscaping. Feeling sore optimistic and rested. Questions does a non alcoholic beer count? Lol. It says it contains no more than .5% mmm… Part of me feels like my beer was a habit. My wife lowering her caffeine from 300-400 mg to 100. Had a pressure in her head and was tired as hell by 6:30. Ha fun in the house had to give her a hard time. Oh come everyone. Gotta keep this heavy topic light sometimes.
