I talked to my dad tonight and he is so underestimating my will to make sure hes ok because of my anger transformation theses last 3 years
He doesnt believe I won’t get mad at him again
I havnt gotten mad at him in 3 years lol
In sobriety my longest streak was 38 days
But the seed was planted a loooooong time ago
I’ve been putting together streaks of days for 10 years but never got it
I knew i loved the book as Bill sees it
Now I have one and im so so happy
I also read the new testamen with a word guide in it
I suggest both
Dont stop trucking through these tough days
They CHANGED ME so if you only have like 1 day (even though there’s a selfish reason for a relaps I kinda guess) just truck more days and then we’ll… One day, when you look back, you’ll see so much good. Empathetic love over fear and anger
