Meeee too! I want a skeleton year round display. I think I remember someone on this forum saying they had a neighbor that did that every year. for the life of me - I canā€™t remember who. They would make different scenes and dress up the skeletons for different times of the year. HOW FUN! :smiling_face:

Iā€™d love one, or a dozen maybe a score or just go for the ton, but in my neighborhood they would be nicked or set fire to a few minutes after closing my front door :frowning:

All we got upto when I was a kid was ā€˜knock and runā€™ and ā€˜devil up the drain pipeā€™ which didnā€™t do any real harm unless you had a plastic drain pipe :rofl:

Oh thatā€™s disappointing for sure. I did have some items taken over the years from my yard displayd but luckily no damage. Kids are such dicks sometimes.

Had to look it up ..never heard of this prank before. Iā€™m grateful that Devils Night (night before Halloween) has died down over the years. A lot of crazy mayhem that was not necessary to spoil such a wonderful holiday

We really need more Halloween stuff over here it is a very underrated ā€œholidayā€ in fact itā€™s not a holiday at allšŸ˜”
We need it to be taught in schools and the law to be changed so we have the 30th, 31st and the 1st off, we have the least public holidays out of everyone.

It really does need to be a holiday :smile: I am glad to see it celebrated more now world wide. Many decades ago I spent a year in Exeter. I was there over Halloween and realized that no one in that area celebrated Halloween- obviously a shock to my system :scream: I put together a wonderful Halloween night at the restaurant I was working at and did a special ā€œtrick or treatā€ at the restaurant. The owner let me do all this and even got the staff involved in dressing up for the day. Now my cousin tells me that kids are trick or treating and dressing up so times have changed.

Well that totally sucks. Hopefully you will find a way to add these dates to a official Holiday schedule :jack_o_lantern: :ghost:
