Joyned a yoga class tonight, and we made some crazy movements on a good old ā€œpetzi ballā€

Sounds funny, it was. And very smoothiešŸŽ‰
To have this thing with you during practice.

The teacher in the gym is russian and has accent. I love accents. And it always sounds very strikt! She is. No mercy. Guided by some health tipps she is adding.

Sauna afterwards. TrĆØs bon!

I needed this week. Bloody nightmare cramps.

Anyone into Pilates? I do about two classes a week.

I was suggested Pilates for pelvic floor training. Might look that up. My mum and mum in-law are both very into it.

It’s very functional. My instructor always jibes us… ā€œYou go do all that HIIT and weight lifting, damage your body, then come back here to get me to fix youā€ :joy:.

He’s a toad most of the time anyway, but he’s not wrong.

How did you find chair yoga? Was this a first attempt?

It was my first time. I enjoyed it as it allowed me to move and not feel my dizzy spells. I am not as mobile these days and it was great to move the muscles more freely. I was able to do in the sauna when no one else was around so it really helped my mobility.

I too am confused to what happened @Juli1 hope you are ok. Grateful you started this challenge

She is. I’m doing her challenges back to back, after having navigated a few other yogis. With adrienne, i find her pace is challenging and she focuses a lot on core.

Does she talk a lot? Yes, but I’ve learned to be at peace with it, I tune out a bit and tune into me, works out.

Are you currently practicing with Adrienne?

Yeah, she’s the truth. I need to get back into a rhythm of tuning in and doing her programs, for sure.

Haha she does do that

It’s been quite awhile but when I was doing home yoga sessions it was while following along to her videos.

Day 2
12 minute hot seated yoga

I too love yoga by Adrianne (haven’t done in a while)- shame has a warm kindness about her.

Day 3 - sorry I didn’t get any yoga movement in

Day 4 - 30 minute hot seated yoga

Edit- think I’m the only one doing this here so will continue the challenge but will post with my daily activity on the fitness thread
