I wanted to share how helpful I find yoga. I workout a lot, love Fitnessblender.com. on youtube. But I never have the energy for bootcamp type stuff at night, and evening is when I want a glass of wine. I cant really handle meditation though I try sometimes, havent got anywhere with it. But Im loving doing yoga videos on youtube as a way to unwind and be in the moment. I just started Yoga Revolution, whic is a free 30 day series. It is great!
I agree. I started with yoga 2 weeks ago due to back pain problems and it i find it really relaxing. I love you tube exercizes. it makes me happy to be able to enjoy any exercise any time i like it. Yoga videos from Jen Hillman are doing miracles for my back pain but also my mood. Good luck in your yoga journey!
If you ever want a kick in the ass yoga try DDP Yoga.
Started that last week when I got clean. It’s a high intensity cardio yoga. I burn about 300 calories in a half hour session. Plus I can touch my toes again already which I haven’t been able to do since I was a teenager.

I did Day 3 of Yoga Revolution this morning. Adriene has some of the bogus yogaspeak that I usually hate (let the blood flow in the opposite direction… er, no), but Im loving the focus on the whole self. Today was about honoring where you are today, wherever that is.
