Hi @1in8billion yes, I’m in regualr contact with April and she is doing really well - no relapse or struggles 
she just found herself spending too much time on here and needed to focus on moving forward in other areas of her life 
she may be back in the future but I will let her know you are thinking of her x

Hi Rosa, thank you so much for thinking of me, that means a lot! I’m still sober, my 6 months are only 8 days away I “relapsed” on something different though … I had a really bad depressive episode during the last 2-3 of months, the worst one since getting sober yet. I didn’t only stop taking part in TS, but also day to day life. I went some really dark places in my mind and so on.
What’s different this time is that I was sober when it happened and I was able to cry out for help. I called a friend and she took me to a clinic, I had a lot of luck and got into therapy right away. Doing much better now. I’m sure I wouldn’t have been so successfull in looking for and getting help if I was still drinking!
It’s the first time I’m doing therapy and I was REALLY afraid of it - Spoiler: It’s not as bad as anticipated 
I even thought about opening a thread here and sharing about my experience, because I feel I should have gone much sooner. Maybe reading about going to therapy as a sober person would help someone to make it seem less daunting?
So when I came back to reconnect with the forum I saw your post - how have you been? Hope you and doggie are doing well! I have so much catching up to do, I’m going to read all the threads

I know Ethan asked for his account to be anonymised but I don’t know why. He seemed to be strong in his sobriety so I’m assuming he was just moving on with life.

Yes, Andre also left, tho he deleted his account. Alexander_apollo allowed his account to be anonymized, he hoped his Anthem thread would continue. He said he was doing fine in sobriety, just ready to move on.
