This time I do that too. I see every day like it would be day 1. There is always a situation or a moment every day when I think about how alcohol changed me, how I felt, how I did behave.
This way I don’t forget how it felt.
People who are not addicted don’t understand that. They tell me to forget and go on with life but when I do this I’ll relapse, sooner or later.
