Come back and join us on the sober train. The anxiety attacks donā€™t get better, they get worse. Then you have to miss work, then things start to spiral quite quickly. The did for me, anyway.

Donā€™t do it. Today can be day 1 again. ODAAT !

Havenā€™t been on in forever, was getting some emails from a random post today though, so I was like hey nowā€¦ let me check in lol. 8+ years, still sober, life ainā€™t been perfect and thats okay.
