Hi there!
Today is actually one of the kids birthday! Weāre getting up to drive a few hours away to a theme park in 4 hours. 
It has been 1 month since my little ones dad moved out. And boy am I tired. I am much calmer and more emotionally regulated but I havenāt slept a full night in forever.
Also my mother is coming to town .. for a week. And Iāll be making time to see her too.
So Iām just forever on the go.
Iād love to have a proper check in soon.
