Yeah, I have a solid plan. I have my therapist, NA online meetings and stuff that keeps me busy like walking, reading, watching movies and so on. But I’m struggling, I have had pretty bad weed cravings. But I got this.

Looks like you have a great plan and are staying connected to support. Keep at it friend. The cravings seem strong and never-ending but they do get easier to handle. Stay the course David - you are doing great

Hey Franzi! Thanks for checking in! I have an event this week at my job, and I’m absorbed by work! Since Monday I get up at 5:00 am every day, with 12 hour shifts, not my thing… As of Monday I’m back to normal checking-in regularly!!

yea this old fart doing ok .Shanghai then fly to Xian terracotta warriors,then bullet train to Beijing,forbidden city,and temple of heaven.then great wall tour , then fly to Hong Kong night there pick up ship wee 7 DAY cruise to Singapore THEN FLY TO Delhi tour of old Deli, then of to Agra for a night visit the Taj Mahal and a few other historic sites, then off to Jaipur few sites there and of course the Amber fort and other sites then off back to Delhi night there then fly back Heathrow 12 hr flight and back up to Glasgow over 3 weeks away from my garden was getign withdrawals lol south america next year , off to Lisbon Portugal NEXT MONTH WITH MY SONS WEE BREAK BEFORE XMAS PICS TO FOLLOW , SO YOU MISSED ME ,
