Hello, I am here, still sober

Just overwhelmed with catching up here on ts, but maybe I will write a checkin soon. I made it to the gym, bodybalance twice already @Tragicfarinelli and yesterday I joyned a SUP course. Swimming, swimming as long as the outdoor pool nearby is open. Tonight I will have the first meeting for the mindfulness deepening course. My emotional state is still don’t know.
