Hi all, I’ve just hit 12 weeks, 84 days!!! I drank heavily for 30 years and I’m now in control. Yes it’s been very difficult, no, I no longer want to drink. Yes my brain is a bit hectic but I am coping, SO CAN YOU!!! Here’s to you all and good luck,. TRUST ME, IT’S WORTH IT xxx
