Nay, lots of thoughts about wine today, nervous about the good weather we are about to have. I love the sun but I also loved drinking wine after a sunkissed day

No nays bc talking to fellow sufferers and maybe shining a tiny light into their darkness fills my soul. Not you guys, you guys are big and ugly enough to look after yourself, I’m talking real world shit. 
Yay ~ had a nice luncheon at work for a coworker who’s leaving.
Nay ~ I really work well with this coworker and I’m sad to see her leave.
Yay - I’ve got a day off work tommorow
Nay - I’ll end up breaking some kind of world record involving chocolate and Netflix then go back Friday.
Yay - I decided to get back on this horse.
Nay - I have a paper due tonight and I am really struggling with getting anything down on paper.
If you go to bed sober without turning in your paper, you’re a winner for today. I hope you do get it done, but I hope more that you stack up another sober 24 hours.

for a bit and got to unwrap the boat.
Nay~ Ran into the rude business man that’s been bullying the neighborhood and chasing customers out of parking areas. This guy is a certified asshole for sure. 
Yay: Took one of the kids to a helicopter egg drop today, it was some good fun
Nay: My daughter is at her mom’s house, not to get into the whole story but she always has an attitude towards me when she is there. On my call tonight she had a big ol attitude, it always sucks because I know she is normally so sweet and loving.
My yay for the day it’s almost over! My Nay for the day is fighting with my husband

Thank you! She comes home tomorrow so it will get better. The day was overall good though, and I keep reminding myself that she isn’t really like that.
Yay - hid baskets and eggs for the kids sober for the first time in years, can’t wait to spend the morning with them without a hangover!
Nay - found out a co worker of mine passed unexpectedly yesterday
Yay- 10 mile bike ride
Nay- had to walk the last 2 because I got a flat (fell on my ass too)
Yay - another sober day, and enjoying my life
Nay - I’ve eaten far too much chocolate today.
This is definitely my yah and Nay I keep waiting for the eating to stop but nearly 200 days and it’s getting worse TBH.
