Hey Elias! Thank you!. In the beginning I had many many relapses and set backs over probably 3 years. But I knew I had to get sober to see and live my life through a clear mind and to ease my depression and anxiety. Let me say being sober has brought more good to my life than drinking ever did or could. I hope that helps you.

That’s amazing! Congrats! I’m 30 days sober today. I was at the grocery store with my boyfriend today and we went down the aisle with the alcohol and I just stared at it. He told me “remember your counter.” He was right. He saw what the alcohol does to me and he deff didn’t like it.
