Day 400 no ciggeretts or nicotine vaporizers
I remember my vape box
Usually at 100watts
At my worst i was vaping 16mg at 75watts nonstop all day everyday
I smoked ciggeretts heavy from age 13 till around 28. At age 28 till 30 i smoked and vapped tgen from 30 till 31 usually vapped.
Vapping is good to quit if thats what your really want abd try to use it for but for me i just used it for easy nicotine
Id wake up at midnight, vape for like 10min or so then fall asleep again so quitting also included the habit
That was prob the worstnpart of the vape, the habit. Easy quick nicotine that tasted whatever you wanted it to taste like
I csn still taste it from tine to time out of nowhere
Im happy i quit
