2500 Days. Grateful

My sobriety birthday isn’t until February, so just a mini-celebration to tide me over until then.

I am so very grateful, but I’m most grateful for the last 24 hours.

I lost so much in relapse, and I nearly lost my children. For me it comes down to one thing: deciding every day that sobriety must come before everything else: family, friends, work, school, life partners, money. Because if I don’t do that every day, history tells me that I’ll lose it all anyway.

Simple, but definitely not easy.

I bought chinese takeout for me and my partner. It was perfect :ok_hand:.

I’m glad it motivates you. I’m nobody special and there was no special trick. It’s within anyone’s reach.

I can’t wait to see your 2500 day post!

All right Neal! Good for you man! That is a huge milestone. Well earned.:+1:
