There are three things I want to do to work on myself.
-
Start journaling consistently again. It really is so helpful and I work through a lot doing that.
-
Going on walks as often as I can. I have severe anxiety about going to the gym but I need to get my body moving.
-
Writing down things that I am grateful for each day.
I think these things will help me get closer to where I’d like to be

Sounds like a plan! There is a gratitude thread
Daily Gratitude List. Gratitude is the air of recovery
which I always mean to post on more regularly. It really does improve perspective!
Edit: u are already on it! great!

I started Journaling and that is very helpful but I also want to take walks and I want to write notes of hope and give them to people anonymously. I just have to find nice hopeful things to write down.

Great idea! Walking and journaling is a big part of my recovery as well. More then 3 years sober because of it. I walk in different countries (virtual true an app). It stimulates me to go out for a walk.
Google on “Conqueror challenges” to find more info if you like.
Nature heals, it deffinitely helped me healing.
