Thanks! I’m glad I did too. It’s much better to rest than to push until I gave up (old habit of mine for sure) I’m back it it today and feeling much better :muscle::muscle::muscle:

Decided to take the evening off and just do a 60 minute cardio session on the stationary bike :wink:
Stressful afternoon at work and had to sweat out the negative thoughts lol i feel way better now :pray:
