Day 13 -
Almost at the half way point already
I took a rest day today. I am so so sore! I Probably shouldn’t have combined a yoga, squat, and plank challenge.
Day 14 is done, which is 50 for me.
Once again, I’m glad your listening to your body. And your not alone. I often bute off more than I can chew. Part of my condition, lol.

Day 14
Turns out I’m getting pretty good at lifting my own skeleton
Been craving chicken wings all day - I think I will order take out tonight lol Be safe everyone
Missed a day, but i’m not quitting. Day 14, of the challenge, done. Up to 80.
Day 15, 60 squats, is done!! And so this ends my 15 day squat challenge!!! Yes to that!! Thanks for hosting!!

Thanks! I’m glad I did too. It’s much better to rest than to push until I gave up (old habit of mine for sure) I’m back it it today and feeling much better
