Forgot to share I did my squats last night after a 2 mile walk:-) Motivation strong!

Did a one hour crossfit class through a sober minded community called The Phoenixā¦ I encourage others to check it out if interested. Then came home and did my squats and planksā¦tomorrow I will be hurting BUT SOBER and oh so damn proud of myself. Ist Sober Friday in 2 years!
Day four done! The accountability helped. I almost wanted to skip them but didnāt want to not be able to post that I got them done.
Day 4 squats complete, 10 minutes before midnight but I got them done!

Day 3ā¦ didnāt post yesterday as I was out of reception.
Done for today l, it doesnāt feel as bad as the first days anymore.

Day 5, 20 done. No run today, rest day.
Iāve been running every other myself. Today might make 2 days off. The jury is out because of my bathtub escapades, lol. Pulled something enough that its nagging me. Part of getting older, at least I didnāt break a hip
I am generally every other day as well and short distances (5k), sometimes 2 days between depending on my bodyā¦so I hear you there. It is certainly more challenging at just shy of 60 than it was in my 40s.
Sorry about your pull. Do you have a massage gun? I LOVE mineā¦it helps so much.

Day five done! Adding the squats to the end of my yoga session actually makes them easier sense Iām already warmed up.
