Squats Done!
Definitely over did it on day 1, but I managed to get 30 squats in on day 2. Hopefully the legs are feeling a little better for day 3.
I do my squats in the shower I turn the water on really cold and squat till I cant squat no more … The cold water distracts me from the struggle lol!!

Funny you sound say…I hurt myself in the tub… lol. Tried to do the splits and caught myself. Sometimes its better to fall.
