Today done, I’ve lost track of the days. But now I’m feeling like I’m dying again. Is this how it’s supposed to be?
You can definitely feel your strength increase when it becomes easier. If you weren’t doing any leg exercises or walk / jog… you’ll feel it for a bit. It does get better. Way better.

Day 12 is done! Will be traveling the next 3 days, but hope to continue and finish out my 2 week challenge, if not will resume when I return!
