My 60th day of sobriety and can’t believe it due to the rocky personal journey I’ve had to endure of late.
Hospitalised for Lithium Toxicity chronic. Relationship issues, I’m determined and am extremely proud of myself being able to stay in control. It feels I’m truly being tested and another day for me draws to a close and another will be there in the morning 
and so will i sober once more ready for another battle of the day. One day at a time and currently breaking that down to be even more manageable
