You read the title. Accidentally took it but once i did I couldn’t stop. Look 8 months later, never went back to heroin, but still spent all my money and lied all over a gas station smoke shop pill. Today’s 5 days sober. I had 4 years… one day at a time. I gotta be patient but my family is skeptical, just gotta do what I do after I got clean last time and stay with it.

I just had to educate myself before replying but now I know a bit more about Kratom and 70H, it really doesn’t mean your previous very impressive sober time is lost, you still have it and know you can do it, big reminder to us all that if we dip our toe back in the pool at any time we cant control it so thank you for sharing. Well done to you for getting back on that horse which is no easy thing and for getting your first 5 under your belt. Welcome to the forum friend, we are with you whenever you need us xx

7OH Is a alkaloid found in kratom. It only makes up a very small percentage of the plant but it is the most powerful they took it out of kratom and concentrated it and made it very powerful. Mitragynynine (kratom ) or however you spell it is another alkaloid and the most popular one of kratom. When people talk about kratom they are talking about Mitragynine . It’s like when people talk about THC and refer that to marijuana but there’s a bunch of other Cannabinoids besides THC. Even though kratom has a bunch of alkaloids the main one is the Mitragynine stuff. Both 7OH and kratom are very physically addictive and are considered opiates. 7 OH Is something like 14 or 20 times more powerful than morphine. Withdraws from 70H are just as bad as coming off of heroin or strong painkillers.. regular kratom withdrawals are bad also .. Restlessness, anxiety, digestive issues, cold sweats and everything you can imagine and I advise anybody to stay away from that substance if they want to keep their sanity and health and everything in their life and also stay away from kratom. These are drugs and these are opiates and just because you get it at a store doesn’t mean it’s OK. I am very educated on this subject because I spent a lot of years going back-and-forth between these and other opiates.. Where I live there actually is a lot of people going to medical detox for these substances now.. It can get out of hand quick. That being said there is a lot of help out there if anybody is struggling with this substance and don’t be scared to call or go get help at a medical detox because they can give you medication to help with the withdrawal and give you tools to stay sober in life.

Congrats on your sobriety time and just stick to the basics and take things one day at a time. Trust me I understand I used to trade one addiction for another back in the day until I realized complete abstinence is the only way.. I remember how bad it was coming off 7OH And I was doing 600 mg a day at one point.. it was brutal.. But glad you’re here and welcome to the community this place is really awesome and just stick around and read and participate

Good man day 42 was up to 800mg it was bad man omg
