Trying to quit drinking but not sure what else to drink as i have a beer every night after work and drink all day on the weekany advice for a substitute

Instead of wine, I’ve become quite the sparkling water connoisseur these days. My goal is to try every flavour of La Croix that’s out there. There’s a myriad of 'em!

I really like tea, especially jasmine and chamomile flavors because they calm my nerves and they don’t taste that bitter. A guilty pleasure drink that I like is hot chocolate too.
